Overview
Burwood Park is a private estate known for its beautiful setting and strong sense of community. They approached me to create a fresh, cohesive identity that would modernise the Estate’s image while respecting its heritage.
The Brief
The project began with the design of a new brochure to set the tone for the updated brand. The goal was to create a look and feel that felt elevated, unified, and timeless, while capturing the unique character of the Estate.
The Solution
I designed the brochure cover and captured the main photograph, creating a seamless image that flows from front to back, symbolising the harmony and continuity of the Estate. The new logo was crafted to feel elegant and enduring, giving Burwood Park a refined visual presence.
The identity was so well received that it has since been rolled out across all touchpoints, including uniforms, vehicles, brochures, and printed materials.
Outcome
Following the success of the rebrand, we are now collaborating on the next phase: replacing entrance and street signage, lake and warning signs, and updating the wayfinding system throughout the park.
It has been a rewarding and evolving project, and I am excited to see the full transformation come to life.
